About the event
Please join Empower Our Crown, LLC during WEBOS Week 2019 as we provide a dynamic workshop for women in power. This workshop is catered to women who obtain entrepreneurship or leadership roles in society but struggle with maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
This workshop will help women learn how to clinically identify and name their stressors, learn and implement healthy coping mechanisms into their daily living, and step into their power boldly and healthily.
Psychologist Dr. Asha Raginof Trinity Boston Connects and Clinical Psychology Doctoral StudentPilar Tucker, M.A, also CEO of Empower Our Crown LLC, will lead women in power in a clinical training that provides evidence based practices on how to name stressors, identify triggers and develop healthy coping tools to help minimize stress and reclaim individual power.
Lastly , mental health experts will lead women in power in an experiential journey on transforming entrepreneurship and leadership stressors into new heightened awareness. Women entrepreneurs will learn how to identify their perceptions of self and others when experiencing increased stress in their leadership or entrepreneurship roles. Women will explore and identify vital tools to help them transform their perspective and step into their authentic power.
